	Virginia Cowie - Email Virginia Licensed Real Estate Broker Virginia Cowie, our Chief Executive, was born in the United States and went to school in England - hence the "transatlantic" atmosphere of The British Homes Group. Before obtaining her Florida real estate and mortgage brokerage licenses Virginia flew for Pan American Airways. Virginia then settled down in Orlando to assemble a team of British and American property and finance professionals that has become the United Kingdom's favourite one-stop shop for British villa owners in Florida.
	Bill Cowie - Email Bill Business Consultant Bill Cowie is one of the British Homes Group's business consultants. Bill is the CEO for the Mid-Atlantic East Group, an international business consultancy specialising in assisting British companies doing business in America and American companies doing business in Britain. Bill was born in New York and raised in England, graduating from the University of Sussex with an Honours degree in American Studies. Bill therefore speaks "both languages" (English and American) fluently and understands the often complex intricacies of trans-Atlantic finance and real estate transactions.
	Chris Doran - Email Chris General Manager Chris was born and educated in the North East of England and relocated to Florida in 1991 with a wealth of experience gained from many years in the law profession in the UK. She obtained her Florida Real Estate License in 1993 and subsequently her Mortgage Broker License. Chris is married to a retired British police officer and has 2 grown children - a daughter who teaches in Hampshire in the UK and a son who is a serving member of the US military and is currently on active duty in Iraq for his 3rd tour!
	Karen Mariani - Email Karen Loan Processor Karen was born in London and grew up in Surrey. She worked for Barclays Bank head office for 23 years before moving to Kissimmee in 2003 with her husband and two children.

	Susan Gilman - Email Susan Licensed Realtor Susan was born in the North East of England. She later moved to London where she worked for the Metropolitan Police for 11 years. Susan moved to Florida in 1993 and lived for a short time in the Fort Myers area before moving to Orlando. Susan can assist you with finding that perfect home to suit your needs, and can give you advice on property management, furniture packages, setting up a U.S. bank account and immigration information. Susan also owned a US rental home while living in the UK.
	Lee Weaver - Email Lee Director of Operations and Marketing Lee was born in Belbroughton in the Midlands. He attended Redditch College before spending 4 years in the British Army. His family moved to a little town in Wales called Builth Wells about 15 years ago. Lee moved to Orlando in 1993 and after spending a few years in the Holiday industry moved into Marketing and Company Operations.
