If you are looking for information on various ways to live and work in the US then please have this box checked. News on EB-5, E2 and L1 Visas as well as Attorney contacts, recommendations and updates are emailed to this category.
Property Management
We have short term and long term management services within the Group. News and updates about management services are sent to this category. Any news or information to pass on about the management company you currently use?, please let us know.
Refinance News
Refinancing your Florida property, with or without equity release, has become very difficult to accomplish. We have created this category for clients who are trying to refinance their Florida property as soon as a suitable product is introduced. Please make sure this box is checked if you would to be included in the refinance updates. Through our recent alliance with Florida Property on Sale we have become aware of a Florida commercial fund (SIPP compliant) and a Florida residential fund (minimum buy-in $5,000) that may help clients diversify their investment or property portfolios. It also provides an opportunity to participate in this current buyers market without having to manage and run a specific property.
Their relationships with sellers, developers and banks also create unique buying opportunities for pre-let homes and homes under appraised value and some of the savings on the prices that I have seen have been quite impressive.
